The first thing that people usually notice about others is their beautiful smile, as it lights up their face, enhances their beauty and shows the world their happiness from within. To us, there’s nothing better than a big toothy grin, but for others, this is a dreaded experience, especially if they have a tooth or two missing. Don’t let your insecurities stop you from smiling.
With dental implants from Charisma Clinic, you can have a full, natural-looking smile that will boost your confidence, opening many doors in the process.

We always determine patient suitability during your thorough consultation, where we delve into your medical history, your lifestyle and take x-rays of your mouth, and in particular, the treatment area.
You may be unsuitable for dental implants if you:
Dental implants are also unsuitable for children, and young people under the age of 18 because the underlying bones are still developing.
Should you be unsuitable for dental implants, we will recommend alternative treatments that may prove a better solution, or provide you with healthcare advice that will make you a better candidate for the procedure.
"Dr Talal Khalil And his team were amazing and friendly which was good as kept my mind at ease after stressful time of losing a tooth due covid restrictions were my own dental team couldn’t help .
The charisma team kept me well informed every step of the way of my dental implant journey I’m over the moon and now I’ve got smile back 💗😁"
"Havig lost a tooth I needed an implant to fill the gap. Talal and his team at Charisma fitted me in quickly and talked me through the full procedure of what to expect.
Implant now in place and feels exactly like my own tooth. Thanks Charisma."
"I 1st went to this dentist in September last year, just like millions of other people I’m so very scared of the dentist. Was made very welcome. The dentist I had was so very nice and understanding. We had a talk and decided that dental implants would give me that smile I wanted. I wanted all my teeth out, my choice.
The dentist explained all what I would be having done. I’m not going to lie I was very scared. Many times the tears would start because I’m Frightened, the dentist was very patient with me. So just this week I got my beautiful teeth fitted. What can I say, they have absolutely changed my life.
Honestly I’m over the moon with them, I love them so much. Now when I laugh I don’t have to cover my mouth because my teeth are not nice, I can laugh and smile all day long. If anyone reads this and are thinking about it like I did for a long time, just go and see for yourself what can be done for you.
I follow charisma clinic on Facebook and also on Instagram, I always read what other people put on. Lots of people say they cost to much money and how people should go abroad to get this done, I wouldn’t go abroad myself to have this done. As for people saying it’s to much money, they don’t see all the work that has to be done before you get that beautiful smile.
I also think you would pay lots of money for a car and other nice things so why not spend your money making yourself happy with that beautiful smile. I massive big thank you to charisma for my absolutely beautiful teeth. Amanda 😁😁😁😁"
Because this is a complex treatment, it requires an initial examination to assess whether your underlying bone structure is suitable for an implant. This includes x-rays to determine the position of the implant.
We’ll then discuss your procedure with you, presenting you with a treatment plan that’s unique to you and your needs.
By the end of your consultation, you’ll be able to make a more informed decision about whether implants are right for you.
We aim to ensure you feel confident that we’ll provide you with treatment that is safe, efficient and undertaken with only your best interests at heart.
The treatment begins by fastening a small screw into your jawbone which is used as a replacement root. This is usually carried out under local anaesthetic.
The new implant is then fused with the surrounding bone, and a temporary crown is attached while the implant secures itself to your bone.
After three months, we will check its position, fitting and placement. Once secure, a crown, veneer or denture will be attached to the screw, securing it in place and leaving you with a natural-looking tooth and a smile on your face.
In some cases, there are two other stages that may be involved in your dental implant treatment:
Tooth extraction: If you have a problem with one of your surrounding teeth, we may remove it and replace it with an implant.
Bone grafting: If you don’t have enough bone in your jaw to support your dental implant, we may add artificial bone to aid its structure.
Whatever your case, we ensure that every client receives a treatment that garners real results, filling in the gaps, creating a healthier mouth and restoring your confidence.
Implants look, feel and function like real teeth, and don’t need to be removed like dentures.
They are strong, durable and can be colour-matched to the natural shade of the rest of your teeth, so no-one will be none the wiser.
Boosts your confidence and improves your mental wellbeing, as you won’t be worrying about missing teeth or that lose tooth falling out.
Restores the strength of your jaw structure and bone tissue, and it helps to lessen the advent of gum disease too.
Improves your speech. Unlike with ill-fitting dentures - where teeth can slip within your mouth and cause you to mumble or slur your words - dental implants allow you to speak freely, without worry that your teeth may slip.
Ease of eating: Because they function like your own teeth, they allow you to eat your favourite foods with confidence and without discomfort.
You may experience swelling or bruising around the implant, but that usually subsides after 2-3 days. To help reduce swelling, ice packs should be placed on the cheek for 10 minutes at a time, and at night, sleeping upright so as not to put pressure on the implant will also help.
